APRA Europe appoints New Chairman

 Peter_Bartel_web.jpg Peter Bartel having served APRA Europe as a Chairman for the past 4 years, has regrettably decided to step down from this position and the board of APRA Europe have reluctantly accepted Peter’s decision.
Carsten_Buecker_web.jpg Carsten Bücker who served alongside Peter as Vice Chairman of the APRA European Division for the last four years has been appointed by the European Board as the new Chairman. Carsten Bücker is Managing Owner & President of BU Power Group GmbH. His experience and understanding of the remanufacturing industry will play a key part in the future development of the European Division and its strategic initiatives. Carsten said “I am happy to take over the role as Chairman of APRA Europe as we go forward with a new phase of our strategic plan”

Peter Bartel will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board with special responsibility for lobbying activities and developing relations and alliances with other associations.

Board member Fernand Weiland and founder of APRA in Europe said “ the new leaders will be our driving force behind the further successful development of APRA in Europe”.
