Information from APRA on REMADE Institute Outreach

For the first time in history, the U.S. government has committed a significant amount of money to advancing remanufacturing.
A new institute is under development to assist U.S. remanufacturers with new technologies and financial resources to solve common problems experienced by companies like yours. The “REMADE Institute” will serve U.S. remanufacturers by investing in next-generation technologies that will enable your company to produce products more efficiently and at a lower cost. The Institute will focus on scaling up and de-risking beyond state-of-the-art solutions to many common reman challenges, including advance cleaning, restoration and condition assessment. Funding to support the Institute will come from the federal government, industry, leading universities, and national labs across the U.S., totaling over $150 million.
Join many respected reman companies in showing your support for the REMADE Institute. Involvement can range from a simple letter of support to full consortia membership. REMADE Institute members will have the opportunity to participate in projects that leverage this new funding and manufacturing experts from across the U.S. to advance their own capabilities.
